I’m sure most of you guys may have heard about the cafe: Three Williams, located in Redfern! Which is also near Surry Hills 🙂 This is my 2nd time here and I just love the food they have to offer! They open 7 days a week, 7am to 4pm and their menu offers breakfast, lunch and brunch hehe! If you search Three williams on Facebook or Instagram, you can see many delicious pictures of the food and beverages there 🙂
My friends and I decided to grab brunch and they never been before! So it was great timing since I was craving for their beer battered fries hehe. We came in on a Sunday afternoon and luckily it wasn’t too busy so we didn’t wait too long for a seat inside 🙂
To start off my friend ordered a Peanut Caramel shake which is perfect for all sweet tooth and peanut lovers out there!
Served in a tall, ice cold, tin cup, it’s perfect for a hot day 🙂 The texture is slightly thick, like a milk shake.
I ordered my usual Chai latte and it never disappoints here!
My girlfriend had ordered The Merchant 🙂 This consists of chilli fried egg, crispy bacon, pickled slaw, ranch dressing on a warm brioche bun! The presentation here is mouth watering haha
Look at that egg porn! A perfectly cooked egg is the best sight hehe. It is true that we eat with our eyes first 😉
We also grabbed the beer battered fries served with their house aioli which is bomb!!!! Definitely recommend this side with your meal hehe I love fries so much and these are perfectly cooked! Not too hard or soggy, and aioli is one of the best sauces to dip your fries in haha
My friend ordered their Narnie which is their signature house made naan-style flat bread with fillings! His one contains wagyu beef brisket, slaw, gherkins and chipotle mayo 🙂
If you love naan bread or any type of open/closed sandwich definitely give this a go!! The beef is perfectly cooked too! With beef you don’t want to over cook it or else the texture changes and it becomes hard to chew.
I on the other hand, had ordered their Big William 🙂 which is their big breakfast! I love a big breakfast and this had everything I wanted 🙂 You get sausages, bacon, 2 fried eggs on top of toasted slice of bread, roasted tomatoes and hash brown!! I’m so addicted to eggs and hash browns haha
I enjoyed munching on this dish so much 🙂 the flavours were all there and it’s a classic meal that you can’t go wrong!! The only problem was that the toasted bread was over toasted 🙁 It was pretty burnt and hardened quickly that it was so hard to cut into it or even bite it!
I just love the staff there, they are helpful and friendly! The food comes out fairly quick so we didn’t wait too long! The environment is also lovely, spacious cafe with a good amount of seating and they also do take away if you are in a rush! Please do come here and try their meals if you haven’t yet hehe I can’t wait to go back and try their fish coquettes 🙂
